We don't keyword-match documents against regulations. We build structured models of regulatory obligation hierarchies and then assess coverage at the proposition level. This catches gaps that keyword matching misses — conditions not addressed, thresholds not specified, dependencies not covered.
Our risk scores are calibrated on enforcement data — actual regulatory actions, penalty amounts, and international assessments. This means the scores reflect what regulators actually enforce, not what a consultant thinks is important.
