Directive (EU) 2018/1972 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) is the principal EU framework for regulation of electronic communications networks and services. It consolidates and reforms the previous EU Telecom Package (Framework, Access, Authorisation, and Universal Service Directives).
